> How can I get a catalogue with pricelist?

> What¡¯s your price term?
    EX. FACTORY.
    Sex toys: 20 PCS per model depending on different models
    SM bondage: 20 PCS per model per colour.
    Lingerie: 20 PCS/model/color/size.
> What¡¯s the Lead time?
    Sex toys: 15~20 working days after confirmation.
    SM bondage: 15~20 working days after confirmation.
    Lingerie: 15~25 working days after confirmation.
> What¡¯s the payment methods?
    Small order: 100% T/T advance, or 50% T/T advance, balance paid before shipping.
    Bulk order: 50% T/T advance, balance paid before shipping.
    Western Union money transfer is also accepted.
    * We will send you our bank details after we confirm your order.
> Can I get some samples or is a small order accepted?
    Yes. we have got stock for most models, so we can send samples, but our samples are not free,
    you are asked to pay for them including the delivery charge.
> How do I manage an order?
    Please let me know the article number and your order quantity for each item, also your delivery
    way. If you have got a DHL service number (begin with "9"), and would like to pay for the delivery
    after you get the goods, please kindly let me know.
    Also please don¡¯t forget the following info. we must need to deal with an order:

    Thus we will make a proforma invoice for you and let you know how much you shall pay for the
    goods also the delivery charge, and if you confirm it, please make the money transfer.
> What¡¯s the delivery methods and delivery time?
    1) For a small sample order (less than $3000 USD):
    By DHL/TNT express: it takes about one week for the delivery, home to home service. Fedex or
    UPS is not working here.
    2) For an order over $3000 US dollars:
    By air cargo, it takes about one week for the delivery.
    By sea by LCL, it takes about one month for the delivery.
> What¡¯s the estimated shipping cost by DHL or TNT for a small order?
    * If you have got a DHL service number which is available to be paid by the receiver (it shall begin
    with "9", and have got 9 digital), please kindly let me know.
    * If you have got a TNT service number which is available to be paid by the receiver, please ask
    your local TNT office to notify TNT office here in China Wenzhou to fetch the goods from us.
    * But if you have not got such a number, and would like us to pay for you advance, please let me
    know your order list and your quantity for each item, we will make the proforma invoice for you
    and let you know how much you shall pay for the delivery. Normally, the cost depends on the
    gross weight of the package, for example, if you want us to send it to UK:
    for the first 0.5kg, it¡¯s RMB 320 ($38.74 US dollars), and
    each Added 0.5kg from 0.5kg to 5kg, it¡¯s RMB 80.00 ($9.69 US dollars),
    each Added 0.5kg from 5kg to 10kg, it¡¯s RMB 72.00 ($8.78 US dollars),
    each Added 0.5kg from 10kg to 25kg, it¡¯s RMB 64.00 ($7.80 US dollars),
    each Added 0.5kg above 25kg, it¡¯s RMB 56.00 ($6.83 US dollars).
    and if your package is abvoe 50kg, it¡¯s RMB 112.00 ($13.66 US dollars) per kg,
    and if your package is above 100kg, it¡¯s RMB 100.80 ($12.29 US dollars) per kg......

    * What¡¯s more, if your package is less than 50kg, we have got 10~15% off based on their normal
    price, and if it¡¯s above 50kg, we have got 20% off, and if it is above 100kg, we have got 25% off.

> What¡¯s the estimated shipping cost by sea by LCL or by air cargo?
    Our quotation is based on EX. FACTORY 
    As said above, we can send an order over $3000 US dollars by sea by LCL or by air cargo, but
    you are asked to pay another $200 US dollars as an additional charge if using our forwarder,
    $350 USD while using your forwarder.
 > What¡¯s the estimated shipping cost if I buy one container?
    If you buy one 20¡¯ or 40¡¯ containter, I will let your know how much you shall pay for the shipping
    cost after we get your destination seaport, also after confirmation from our forwarder. You can
    use your own forwarder.
> Do you have got any certificates for your vibrators or sex toys?
    Yes, we have got CE certificates for the vibrators for most models, and we also have got EN71
    nontoxic testing report to prove our materials are safe to the skin.
    The size of all models here in stock is one size for all, but we can produce them according to your
    size, and the minumum is just 100 PCS per colour for each size for each model. Sometimes, if we
    cannot find the fabric, thus the minimum is 6000 PCS for each colour.
> Is OEM order accepted?
    Yes.
   1) Sex toys: for an OEM order, we need about 2~4 weeks for the mould and then
   work out our first samples. If you confirm the first sample we send you, and you
   confirm your order, the lead time is about 20~25 days.
   2) Fetish wear, underwear, Lingerie:
   We need about 1~2 weeks to work out the first samples after we get your samples,
   and if you confirm the samples we send you, and you confirm your order, the lead
   time is about 20~25 days. and the minimum order quantity is 100 PCS per size per
   colour for each item if we can get the fabric, if no, the MOQ shall be 6000 PCS.
   3) S&M, B&D PVC/Leather products:
   We need about 1~2 weeks to work out the first samples after we get your samples,
   and if you confirm the samples we send you, and you confirm your order, the lead
   time is about 10~15 days.
 
   Ref. to the private packaging, I would like to tell you that we can print your label or
   logo on the boxes, and the minimum order quantity for one box is 2000PCS.
